torn...For the most part my experiance here in January was great. The environment was very welcoming and the Dr. was fantastic with my pup. The tech, however, was extremely rude. I will be sure to make any future appointments when the other tech is available.
We just moved to Columbus, Ohio and we will miss our vet. Our dog was attacked at the boarding kennel and had his long floppy ear ripped basically in half. The staff at the kennel informed us that they had properly bandaged the ear and to take bandages off in two to three days. You can imagine my dismay when I removed the bandages and found the ear swelled up like a balloon, half of the ear dangling and the smell of rotten flesh hit me like a Mack truck. Awful people! These girls are nothing but rude! Take your pet anywhere else!
I was looking for a more natural approach for my pets, this is not the place. The tech who waited on me was rude everything I said was the wrong answer. I did not stay I told her this is not the place for my pets.
In my opinion Oak Hill Animal Hospital is the best in this area. I was not asked to write this review but just want to say I have never seen a more compassionate, caring staff then Dr. Hanson and her group of employees. They love my dog - it is obvious - and she loves them back. If Dr. Hanson doesnt have an answer she will tell you and then begin researching til she does have an answer.
