Resident We are going on 4 years residence here at Oak Haven and there is little that we can suggest for improvement. The convenience of the location is fantastic! We are minutes away from Woodlands Mall, Hermann Memorial Hospital, Sadler Clinic, a plethora of physicians' offices for any specialty needed, etc. We enjoy the "ground floor living" and the closeness of the trees and lawn. Hard to find in apartment environments. We have had positive interactions with the property management and maintenance staff. They do want to ... read more

XXXXXX Management there is very biased, and if she doesn't happen to like you she makes your life miserable, and she is not easily available. She is rude, and not at all professional. It is hard to get a problem resolved. Rent goes up about $25 a year. Do not reccommend. They did not meet my expectations, and not a good deal at $1,029 a month plus your utilities. You have no choice in choosing you utilities company.

nothing special The manager Becky is very rude her assistants follow suit.If you have a problem that is to bad. They take advantage of the fact that we are all senior citizens. They spend money on the outside but nothing for the inside. They are very dull on the inside and very outdated.they do not welcome any of our families to share in anything that goes on here.It is a very dull place to live if you are active senior.

Nice for retired people Friends just checked this complex out and it is a retirement community with apartments that are all of the first floor. The nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath layouts were about $1,000 per month. It has a nice poo, rec room, fitness room, and the place is very pretty with waterfalls and a garden. Residents have to be 55 or older. It seems to be in a nice area, across from the Woodlands Mall.
