Thank you Dr. O' Sullivan and Staff! Shasta had her Senior Wellness, and xrays, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. I have never had a bad experience, and highly recommend this place! Check out the "Wellness Packages" they offer. They are very affordable, and highly recommend.
My dog had her tail bitten off by a gator.. I highly recommend all vets and techs as this animal hospital. They have done a phenomenal job with my girl. They worked her in with no problems. Any questions or concerns they take their time explaining everything..Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, all of the above.. wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My pitbull is 14 years old having trouble breathing. They worked him in with no appt and as a new patient on a Saturday. Very nice staff. Great friendly place. Very caring about my dogs situation and very honest .

I called at 4:45 in tears to get my puppy in after noticing bloody stool coming from him. Beth was phenomenal and got us in even though they were closing in 30 minutes! She was so caring and compassionate over the phone and even asked me to please drive safe since she could hear my crying over the phone. Once we got to the clinic she came and immediately got us in a room! this place has went downhill since Doc Anderson retired. All they care about is money. And their fees have become ridiculous. This is a small town. Not a big city. was a regular customer of Doc Anderson for ever. And continued to go after he retired. But about 5 to 6 months ago , I called with an emergency with one of my dogs who is a senior. Was barely breathing , couldn't walk , falling over etc. He was going downhill fast. I called as soon as they opened. told them what was going on. They said they could get him in at 3 t... read more
I had no choice but to walk in with my cat who was very distressed. I was turned away from most clinics in the area and I felt terrible but they treated me with the upmost respect and my baby Gizmo as well. I can not say enough good things about this place. My cat didnt seem to mean much to other clinics but they took us right back and got started. I will never go back to Heartland after I carried him in there wrapped up and they said NO. Hello everyone, on July 14th I had to put my beloved Andy to sleep after 15 wonderful years. Dr. O’Sullivan and his staff were wonderful to me. Dr. O’Sullivan took his time to go over with me the condition of Andy and explained to me how everything would go which I appreciated so much.
