Horrible customer service. Cap and gown arrived 2 days before graduation. My son was worried he wouldn’t be able to walk at graduation. This is an important day and this company almost ruined it. Think twice before ordering!!
absolute scam. Ordered on April 10, and it’s been processing all the way to today (May 16) and still processing. Contacted support via email 4 times now: all of them leave me at someone will get back to you in 48 hours, even after a full week. Support line was extremely unhelpful, only saying that “it’s being shipped out by graduation date”. Now, I don’t even know if I’ll be able to walk during graduation at all.
I would give 0 stars if possible and I hope this company loses the contract they have with university. Less than 3 days away from my graduation I still have not received the cap and gown I ordered over a month ago. I called several times and heard different things from many representatives. Two weeks ago I was told it was being mailed out. Now less than three days away from graduation I was told they cannot guarantee it will arrive in time.The customer service agent whitney was RUDE and dismissive. I ordered my cap and gown a month ago, and still have yet to receive it or even a tracking number. My graduation is on Friday. When I spoke to Cory, he assured that I will receive a tracking number by Monday morning. Monday he came and passed and I still have nothing. This is the worst establishment I have ever felt with. Especially when dealing with colleges and universities, it is a must that you wear a certain type of regalia or you will not be able to participate in the commencement ceremony.
