Wonderful homes! Nicely priced! Excellent Office staff! Answers all of your questions, great on site tours and very knowledgeable about the homes and the Community! We love it here!
I got evicted due to my multiple sclerosis getting worse and they are now tearing down my trailer I bought. I’m a disabled veteran and I told this company that and I would give them money when I got paid they did not want to work with me they rather kick me out of my house and tear it down months after kicking me out. If this is how they treat disabled vets, is this somewhere you want to raise a family?
This place is an absolute joke. 0/10 would not recommend. Let me list the things I've encountered in the past 17 months. 1. You get 30 days after purchasing a home to report any problems you encounter. Well, 2 months in during a rain storm the light fixture/exhaust was leaking in the bathroom and eventually quit working. It also caused my kitchen light to stop working as well as my oldest son's light in his bedroom plus 2 outlets.
