This park has allowed multiple aggressive dogs to roam the park without issue allowing the aggressive dogs to chase down neighborhood cats and scaring children because of this 5 of the outside cats that live in the neighborhood were run down and murdered by theese dogs and I called animal control to find out the park didn't even bother to call them for the dogs allowing the owners to continue with the neglect letting the animals out this is a massive insult considering our lot rent has continually gone up yet the park choose... read more

So far the office staff at our location has been extremely helpful and supportive to each person’s needs without any hesitation. I have had to honor to work mostly with Carla from our location. She is one of the kindest people and very caring. We are blessed to have the opportunity to become part of the community.

Not a fan of living here. Lot rent has increased every year, almost now doubling our mortgage. Lost a lot of neighbors due to ridiculous pricing and having to file bankruptcy. They don't even maintain your lots. Could not even get a tree trimmed so it doesn't fall on my house. Was told there is no cap on lot rent so lucky us, we are trapped in a mortgage on a lot we will eventually not be able to afford.
