Been trying to get a hold of the owners to possibly rent from them and have not heard from them. Called twice no response and even sent an email to them and still nothing. I guess they do not want to fill any of their places because their communication is crap. If you have places for rent and want to fill them with renters maybe you should return phone calls and emails instead of not doing anything because that makes the owners and management look bad and make people not want to rent from you.
They raise your lot rent “because of economical growth” while half your neighbors are elderly on assistance and the areas minimum wage hasn’t been raised in their lifetimes.
This place sucks! They do not respond to maintenance requests, return phone calls, show up for scheduled appointments, and the roads throughout the park are horrid!
