The management is very efficient and very helpful. I love the app. It makes it very easy to pay the monthly fee. My only complaint is how expensive the lot is. There’s no pool and there’s no clubhouse, But the rent is higher than any other trailer park in town and they are going up again. It’s too expensive to live here. By the time you pay your trailer note and the lot note, you could be living in a nice three bedroom brick home. They need to reduce the lot payment instead of going up.
