Well, we started with this local company, and did so because we want these guys to get business! Everything was great at first! Came home one day to find our trash cans scattered on the ground. I thought the wind blew them down. I decided to check cameras and found that these guys emptied our trash and threw our cans on the ground. My wife called and asked what we did to make them mad. We have been loyal customers of Oak Grove Disposal for several years. We switched to them because their rates were much better than the other companies that we had used over the years. I have been using this service for 7 years now and there have been zero issues! Matter of fact they have been the best trash service I have ever had. One day I forgot to take my trash can down. As they were driving past my house I heard them honk and realized I needed to take my trash can down. Luckily I was able to get it to the end of the driveway before they came back down the street. I was talking to someone about this company and advised they not use them. I told them about my review and friend said review was removed. So I’ll write it again. The driver continually refused to pick up my trash and accused ME of placing my neighbors trash in front of my house. That was a complete fabrication. When I called to say my two cans were not picked up, the receptionist, or whoever she is, said I had 4 cans in front my house and that the driver dug through my trash and found names for different people.
