This is my second time living in these apartments - it wasn't so great about 4 or 5 years ago, but when I was looking for a new place a couple months ago I was surprised to see "Oak Grove Courts" with this entirely new look, so I thought I'd check it out because I really liked the location. I was pleased to see all the positive changes, I could tell he staff has worked hard to turn this place around.

I lived there for 3 years - saw things improve over time. Would have stayed, but job moved me out of state.
Great Place To Live! I read all the reviews, and not sure there's a lot more to add - I agree with pretty much all of them. Great staff, love the improvements, location is good, in a great school district if you have kids (I don't, but it’s a benefit if you do), and reasonably priced.
Been here one year. Watched the property completely transform during that time. Wish I had before pictures, I didn't realize how much better it was going to look, and how much better I would feel living here.
