RecommendedMy Mom. Charlotte Gates spent her last year in a half with BHR. 3rd floor. It was one of the best times for Mom. She was treated very special as well as all the other residents. A day didn’t go by that any one of the staff was holding a residents hand,or giving them a hugs. I am grateful that Mom had the wonderful people of BHR there for her during her last days. Thank you, The Gates family.
RecommendedI have had several occasions to visit Hawthorne Hill Rehabilitation and Care Center before the Pandemic. I was impressed that the facility was so bright and decorated so cheerfully. The patients are treated like family. The staff really cares for everyone who resides there. I have had family members in other nursing facilities that did not even come close to the care they received at Hawthorne Hill. Anyone looking for a rehab or short /long term care should include Hawthorne Hill in their decision and make it a easy decision... read more
Too many reasons to state here but the accreditating agency, Medicare, medicaid and the state board of nursing will all hear about this place soon enough.

Person out on medical leave and drs notes gets a no call no show. That’s just wrong.Residents were great some co works great but to be written as a no call no show is just wrong
RecommendedThe professional and the personality’s are beyond reproach. The meals were extraordinary. I would recomend this service for anyone who needs medical attention for a short time , if you need to get medical attention call and talk to the Harris hill center staff you won’t regret it .yours truly mr.Fred Johnson .
This place left alot to be desired. The accommodations are very aged, not well cared for. My brother had to fix the TV. It was ungodly hot and humid. Meals were whatever they felt like and none of it looked even remotely good. The staff did not communicate with each other. Care protocols were not followed. The therapy system was poor. The care was poor. The workers did not seem happy at all.
