Pretty decent looking community. They have trailers to rent or buy. Alot of the homes are close together tho.
We have been living here for about 4 to 6 months or maybe a little longer. At first the place seemed fine But just in the first couple weeks We saw that there were Roaches, Ants coming out the unsealed walls at the top, Along with a horrible loss problem that apparently can’t be held even though they were here before we moved in. Do your research before you get a place out here Look at the places carefully Because problems that were already here and not taken care of.
Quiet It's quite getting back quiet.But Lila still need to do small things.Be more stricter about who can let in
I bought my trailer 5 years ago. It was quiet except about 3 other trailers. 2 of the trailers moved and it started being a good neighborhood. Then about the last year and a half they have starting to let just anyone move in here. My kids can't even go out and play outside because of these damn kids in the park. I can't even drive through the park without being called with profanity. The madison county cops have been here several times but can't do anything because it is parental problem.
