The experience I can share is that I wouldn't recommend this trailer park to anyone and I can list multiple reasons, however it's unmanaged is the main one.
Drove by Johnson Oak Glen. Seen over 5 or 6 open lots and when I called they said no there wasn't any lots there whenever there clearly are they all have concrete pads utilities whatever I'll take my money and house somewhere else
