Would NOT recommend to anyone. I have ZERO good things to say about this place. If you like to be harassed every week, starting from the 2nd week you move in, this will definitely be your place. If it rains and is very windy and the skirting just so happens to get messed up or comes unhinged from your trailer, be sure and fix it immediately or you’ll be charged for a noncompliance fee of $50. their lot rent is to much for the little spot you have. Plus, you can't do anything in the lot you rent. they will site you for just about any petty thing they see. you're not allowed to keep your motorcycle outside. Any 2 wheeled auto has to be in a storage building. If you let your grass get a bit to long they will mow it for you and charge $75!!!
