their lot rent is to much for the little spot you have. Plus, you can't do anything in the lot you rent. they will site you for just about any petty thing they see. you're not allowed to keep your motorcycle outside. Any 2 wheeled auto has to be in a storage building. If you let your grass get a bit to long they will mow it for you and charge $75!!! The experience I can share is that I wouldn't recommend this trailer park to anyone and I can list multiple reasons, however it's unmanaged is the main one.
