I recently bought my bedroom and lounge furnitures and was impressed not only by the high quality of the furnitures but also the excellent customer service provided. Alice at Oaks Alexandria store was very helpful and friendly and helped us choose the right furnitures. Shenol who assembled our bed was also very patient to help us resolve some minor issues. Overall a very happy shopping experience with Oaks furniture!
