Is the landlords on here? Just wondering. In process of purchasing a trailer in the park from someone and had some questions and wanted to set up a time to do park application
got approved to get in park and then keep getting put off and put off told me they would have me in by thanksgiving but never happened. found another place then called them and complained i wanted my app fee back. she argued with me that they could not refund it then talked to jeff at corp. they told me they would refund it but would take a couple of weeks. its been 3 month now and still no refund.
Road sucks. Maintenance sucks. Get it together. We pay rent for a reason. Now do somethin.
