Dr Ksenja and her team at Oak Flats Vets are something very special. In all my time and visits with my special boy Kao they have not only been professional but genuinely care about your loved ones. Don't hesitate, We as a community in Oak Flats are very lucky to have them all.
Highly recommend this amazing team for care of your furbabies!! We brought our 15 yr old cat Ruby in as she had not been well. Unfortunately we had to have her euthanized due to her little heart starting to fail. It was such a heartbreaking time for our family but Dr Ksenja was soft, empathetic and gave us ample time with our beautiful girl during and after the process. Highly recommend. Dr Ksenja and all the staff are so kind and caring. They looked after our puppy so well and kept us informed all day with his surgery.
We took our new 8 week old puppy to Oak Flats vet and they were amazing. Dr Ksenja and the wonderful staff that work there were so thorough, you can feel how passionate they are about their work and animal wellbeing. We walked out with some great advice and a puppy pack! Definitely our permanent vet now.
Best Vets in the Illawarra. All the staff are so friendly and care for your pets the same way you do. They're very reasonable in terms of cost and will go out of the way to accommodate you. They have a monthly walk as part of connecting with the community and it is really amazing to see a local business do something for the community.
