11/29/2021 Not sure where to begin here. I adopted a special needs cat one week ago. He is the sweetest 4 1/2 lb cat you ever met. He should be twice that size , but he has megaesopagus. His food often gets stuck in his esophagus, and these poor cats often die from pneumonia because food regurgitated gets caught in their lungs.
