Awesome company!! After having a hard time getting another company to come out (rescheduled me 5 times and still no show) I came across oak electric. They were able to come out in about 4 days when everyone else was a 1-3 week wait. The technician, kyle, called on his way and showed up within the timeframe given to me. He did a great job on my older briggs standby generator and for a good price. He seemed very knowledgeable with the older briggs units and worked very efficiently in the very cold temps. Very professional, thorough, prompt, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Had gotten a few estimates and Oak Electric beat them all. I would highly recommend. Matt Pray, sr.
Requested service to troubleshoot a tripping breaker. Tech came out and was courteous, professional and did a good job. When scheduling, they said it would be $199 service call, and then would quote any additional services. Tech spent 90 minutes to troubleshoot, and fix issue, and charge me $420. Was expecting cost to be around $300 with extra time spent. Will never call again for electrical repair as the total price was ridiculous.
