Over the past few years their customer ********************** has deteriorated severely. They are uncaring and rude. Their emergency response is non existent unless you give them a promise of 300 + dollars. They are over priced. Most of the problem seems to center around their finance and invoicing ***** This is a completely unethical company putting out a lot of false community service claims.

New Customer with Oak ********************. Technician called to come out and do an inspection as he did a couple of times prior without a fee.Technician called to say hes coming out for an inspection, when he finished an invoice was sent for 300+ dollars . No one from Oak electric informed us of this prior to him coming out. Paid service call for HVAC Assessment, attic fan unit making unknown noise. Tech notes referenced damage to unit, fan rubbing on metal framing. Another contractor inspected unit and provided photos: no damage noted on HVAC Assessment was found. After multiple contacts, firm reimbursed cost of assessment without explanation.

Brandon did a fantastic job for our family. He is very pleasant, well-mannered, respectful. He said he would complete the job within one hour and he did so. We had a new humidifier installed to replace the original and some ductwork needed to be repaired.
