Love my apartment, easy process for move in. We can’t wait for the pool next year. Fitness center is so nice. Staff is so friendly.
I’ve had a cockroach infestation since JULY, and despite multiple reports, management at Oak Crossing keeps denying there’s a problem. They’ve also refused to let me out of my lease even though the issue hasn’t been fixed. I’ll be posting photos so others can see what’s really going on. Think twice before signing a lease here!!!
Communication needs to be better! I’ve only lived here a few months now and almost every time I call to the office regarding my home and I get no answer. I called a couple weeks ago regarding rent, left a voicemail and to this day I have yet to receive a call back. Do better. Thanks.
