I understand everyone's frustration regarding the $895. lot lease rate, if you are a new buyer. I have been here since December 2021 and my lot lease was $595. Starting September 1st, 2023 it will increase to $664. I feel this is a reasonable increase for 1 year and 8 months of no increase. I lived in apartments in Boise, Hayden and Post Falls and there was a $100. increase every year if you renewed your lease.
