I have lived here for about three years. I did not experience too many problems. The only thing was payments. Every once in a while, they would put my payments onto another lot and tell me I never paid. Sometimes I would mail my checks and somehow they never receive it. Other than that Amy and Renee gave me no troubles, however, I believe they are gone now anyway.
