My mom lost her home in hurricane Harvey. Tony Craig said we would be very happy with y'all building this home. My parents are having an awful experience with their recent Oak Creek Home purchase. They were sold a lot model in substandard condition, which they were unaware of until its arrival. The insulation is wet, the floors are bubbling throughout, it has had leaks and other issues that haven't been fixed. They are having to seek outside help as the sales and service team have been less than helpful
I have spent the last couple of months dealing with Resa & Virginia. The lack of communication is horrible. When asked to explain the inflated figures they submitted for financing the stall tactics began. I was looking at a house that was listed for $52,900 and they submitted $98,000 to FHA for financing. I requested a list of the charges so I could understand what I was paying for and Resa told me she wasn't going to deal with this and told me to find another dealer. Debris under lanolium and under laminate on counter tops, warped front door, leaking sliding glass door, roof has already leaked...... 7 year warranty is a joke. Buyer Beware!!

I don't recommend anyone wasting their time, I recently brought a 2011 mobile home once they collected my money- didn't want to be bother with me! He had his receptionist call && say my trailer would be delievered Friday, called him on Saturday he stated the delivery man would get in contact with me' when he has time.. Just very poor mannered, not recommended at all..
