I dont believe everyone is to blame here but Childrens Hospital has been a nightmare to deal with. When my daughter was born the initial appointments were great and I had confidence that I'd be guided in the right direction by the doctors and nurses here but as my daughter got older and needed additional care, its all gone downhill. I am constantly going in circles being put on waitlists and being referred to other doctors. I have been billed outrageous amounts without ever receiving any care for my daughter. Dr. Ogren did a great job getting both my children's yearly physicals done simultaneously. He was very personable and made each child feel comfortable when they were nervous. Signs posted alert families that additional testing may result in extra charges, which was previously frustrating to me, so be aware. Would definitely recommended Dr. Ogren and staff!
They often ask me for a review and I try not to because often things start ok then turn wrong.. in this case this place is a nightmare to call. They absolutely never answered. They do the call back option only HOURS later. Then SOME that call are little rude. I like dr ogren and his nurse. Otherwise I just think they can do better in answering calls. And or the rude ones leave their attitude at home would be nice.
I love my kids seeing Dr.Ogren and highly recommend him but why does it take so darn long to connect to the front desk simply to schedule an apt.
