Customer service is inefficient and the wait is long. They don’t know how to run an office or give good service. I waited 10 minutes to check out while the clerk chatted with another patient after checking her out, while I was standing there waiting. Another time I waited 15 minutes to check in while 3 clerks very slowly checked in 3 patients ahead of me. My doctor, Rachel Brannon, was very good. It’s a shame her support staff is so poor.
