I have lived at Oak Creek Meadows for over 4 years and when I moved in, the upstairs was whisper quiet. Never knew when the neighbor was home. This was the first impression given during the walkthrough. Then, a short time later, that neighbor moved out. Since then, every person who has lived above me has stomped and dropped things on my ceiling at all hours, waking me from a dead sleep, and preventing me from being able to enjoy my apartment when I was awake.
