Friendly neighbors, about 50% college students. It would be a great place to live if it wasn't for property manager who runs the place like its her kingdom and the residents are her drones. Neighborhood rules are subjective and enforced depending on the mood of the property manager, Neighborhood is getting old and showing its age.
