After owning my home for 4 years I can finally provide an honest review of my experience with my Oak Creek now Cavco home. My master bathroom shower and my hall bathroom shower are plastic and not acrylic good plastic. Cheap turns orange plastic. My bathtub is cracked. They forgot to install the bathroom wall cabinet and had to come back. They forgot to install the laundry room cabinet and had to do that later as well. They were supposed to put 2 shelves in the laundry room and forgot I guess because I had to install shelves... read more
I do not recommend this company at all ive had to pay out of pocket for things they said would be included they lied to us about multiple things the trailer isnt even the right color that we decided on and multiple things were damaged when we recived it they told us that they would come fix it and its been like 2 months since we have had the trailer and they still havent finished fixing the damages and they are very hard to communicate with them and when we do get a hold of them they are much help im very disatsifed with thi... read more
Me and my family are very dissatisfied with this company they are very difficult to work with and we have communicated with them multiple times to fix the damages on the trailer they sold us and they aren’t helping us as they are supposed too multiple things weren’t as we we were told they were going to be we regret buying from them .
Don't ever purchase a moble home from this manufacturer. I have had my mobile home since 2020 and this roof needs to be replaced. 15,000 and I paid cash. No warranty one year manufacturer warranty and my home is leaking. Buyer beware. They are terrible. I wish I could give them no stars I would. The plumbing was leaking through the wall when I first got it. They patched my roof on a brand new mobile home. HORRIBLE DONT BUY.
Worked with sergio on finding a new home with some land. Great prices and builds. Will def be coming back when the time is right and look forward to getting my new home with help from sergio.
