We are so impressed with Sergio at Cavco Homes in New Caney! We’re just starting the process, but he has already made such a great impression. His knowledge, construction background, and personal experience growing up in a manufactured home really set him apart. He has made the process feel easy, transparent, and much less intimidating. Sergio was amazing! We went by today to look at some options at some homes for the near future to get an idea of the process and what we might like and he explained everything so well and really eased my mind with knowing what to do, what is possible, the turn around time, and what he can take care of (which is everything from finding land, different banks, if you need a septic or well etc, etc.) He even gave us rough estimates through the walk through as well when looking at the homes which put buying into perspective which... read more
