I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by the staff at cavco home center. Especially by Ms Charissa Seretti who guided me through a tour of an affordable and surprisingly nice home within my budget. While I am in the process of relocating, my anxiety lies abated knowing I can afford a comfortable and new manufactured home while my new residence is being constructed. I will certainly utilize CAVCO and Ms Charissa when the sale of my current residence is finalized Thank You Charissa!

My wife and I love the homes offered by Oak Creek, they look great and the quality is exceptional. The rep we worked with was Jon Hitt and it was a total pleasure. He is the most honest, dedicated, and sincere salesperson anyone could hope to deal with, I wish everyone was as nice as Jon. Thank you, Jon.

I want to give a big shout out to salesman William Garrison with Oak Creek Homes. I’ve been working with him on and off over the past serval years as we were on our home buying journey. We have specific needs with needing a land and home package since we have horses and William has always been so helpful and patient.
