I want to give a big shout out to salesman William Garrison with Oak Creek Homes. I’ve been working with him on and off over the past serval years as we were on our home buying journey. Bernie was very helpful to me and my mother. He ensured we knew all the details we may not have asked. He showed us several possible options for us to review. There was no pressure at. Bernie is very nice with a great family. It was a pleasure working with him.
Bernie answered all questions and was very knowledgeable about the units we looked at. He didn’t have the unit I wanted to see but after checking found one in stock at another of thelr locations that we plan to go look at and then I will be back in touch with Bernie to discuss more about that unit. Bernie was most helpful without trying to pressuring me into buying.
Bernie was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Not the pushy sales person that I expected. I walked away with a respect for the quality of the homes and confidence that I will be making a correct and informed decision on my new home. It is a huge decision and I do not feel rushed or overwhelmed. I am looking forward to getting a new home I can afford and be proud of.
