We recently bought a home from Cavco. Our salesman, Miguel Garcia, was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. He wasn’t the pushy salesman type at all. We love Miguel and appreciate Cavco for everything!
At first I was overwhelmed about what I wanted in a home, but my sales person helped level that plain. Miguel was outstanding, his insight and knowledge actually help me decide on my home. I'd like to thank everyone there for their part as well. Thanks everyone !!
If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam & steals money from you. I went over a month ago to see some mobile homes & spoke with Mark Irving. Decided to do an application for one we liked. He said we had to pay $1000 because that’s what the loan company was asking for to know we were serious about buying a mobile home but that it was fully refundable if we wanted to back out.
