Jessica and Billy are liars. My grandparents bought a trailer here they said when it got delivered everything would be done it's been a week and nothing has been done and they upcharged them so this work could be done. They lied to them and then keep giving excuses. Just stay away from this company. They'll lie just to get a sell!
My wife and I have had a great experience at Cavco homes. They have great deals for aualoty homes. We worked with Tim Kerigan, and he's made the whole process really smooth and easy to understand. We recently bought a home from Cavco. Our salesman, Miguel Garcia, was the absolute best! He was very knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy and comfortable. He wasn’t the pushy salesman type at all. We love Miguel and appreciate Cavco for everything!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a scam & steals money from you. I went over a month ago to see some mobile homes & spoke with Mark Irving. Decided to do an application for one we liked. He said we had to pay $1000 because that’s what the loan company was asking for to know we were serious about buying a mobile home but that it was fully refundable if we wanted to back out.
