I called with an urgent furnace need and they sent wonderful Brett out to me the same day! He didn't try to sell me repairs that weren't needed, so I was only charged the very reasonable price for the service call. I was so impressed with Brett's expertise and integrity that I set up a future A/C checkup to get on the schedule. I've had the wonderful Oak Creek H&C technicians out in past years to do furnace and A/C tuneups and they are always knowledgeable and fair. I would recommend this company very highly.
