Great spot to get in a quick workout during the day. Good trainers, protein smoothies made to order, and a nice laid back atmosphere. The exceptional bonus at this location is the fact that within the facility is a full Chiropractic center available to support your needs!
The hours are only made for people who dont have a real job. Every single piece of equipment they have in there is either from a rummage sale or a "flash sale" on ebay. I'd say fairly, 40% of their equipment has rust and doesn't work properly. If you are looking for a gym where you are the only person that goes to it, then yes sign up! But if you value what equipment you are working on, if you value your surroundings..this isn't the place for you.
The gym is by far the best one I have been to in the Oak Creek area. I haven't used any of the chiropractic services here, but the staff are very friendly and welcoming and from what I've seen, the facilities look well kept. The gym is always well kept and clean, the staff do a real good job making sure of that. They are respectful of your space while they are cleaning at night. Olympic platform, bumper plates, hex trap bar - a ton of classic machines. Love the Magnum lat pulldown. Plenty to do here - cardio faces out to the highway. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of supplements and health products available. Super affordable even with the $39 annual fee. Thank you!
