My car was towed in after breaking down on the expressway. The problem was diagnosed and I paid a $1,500 bill. After I phoned in my credit card number I received a call that the car was still not drivable and needed another $1200 in work done. At that point I had the car towed to my mechanic back in Chicago. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you just need a flat tire fixed or your oil changed.
Never encountered such rude behavior and experience from a business in my life. Very rude, condescending behavior from what appeared to be owner/manager. Just for FYI, your attitude and behavior as a business owner/manager reflects greatly on the work you represent. With the treatment I encountered, and I do have very thick skin and overlook a lot, your unwarranted belittling treatment was unnecessary and very repulsive and that is being very respectful with what words really warrant the treatment I encountered.
