Excellent customer service
When they came out they fixed the initial issue with our washer and upon repair we discovered another concern and they took care of it within a few days. Labor charge was competitive. It was pleasant to deal with everyone in Oak Creek Appliance Repair.
I was in a state of complete panic because my parents in law would be coming on the weekend and we just woke up to a leaking fridge on a Thursday morning. I immediately called companies that would come up on Google. This place immediately answered and can schedule us for next day- Friday 11 am. They came with parts and repair was done after an hour and 20 minutes. We were able to use it without any leak. I am happy, they really saved us and gave us a stress free service.
They fixed our burner range. Kept me informed while he was working. Gave me a good advice on how to keep it. You’re the man!
They showed up ahead of time which was fine since they called first. The tech fixed the oven, and see to it that it’s running before leaving. He was a nice and knowledgeable man!
