This bank is the worst bank ever. I opened this bank account in a low income high crime area. They micromanage my account and my assumed household members at my mailing address. Which is an inherited homestead family home. They closed my account for fraudulent activity which I only used for cash deposits savings. The Hispanic lady manager is racist she told account holders they couldn’t overdraft although the service is advertised. My family and I have banked with Merrill Lynch for years and never experienced such experience... read more
