I brought my car to balance 2 tires. Within 30 minutes car was ready. Before I paid, the lady said the Mechanic had informed her that those tires(brand new) are factory defect, or the word used horrible. The car got worst. I decided to bring to a different tire shop Mr. Tires. The balance on the tires was 2.5oz off on both tires. I’ve been coming to Oak City Tires for about two years now, and it’s honestly the only place I want to go. The people here are genuinely amazing. Jeremiah, Moises, and the manager always greet me with a smile. They’re friendly, welcoming, and hard-working.
