Alanna was my therapist at Oak City Massage. Originally was scheduled with Alicia but Alanna was great too! Amazing service, the massage was only 30 mins but did wonders for me! The massage was custom made for me which made me very valued as a customer. I definitely plan on going back and spreading the word about them. One of the best parts is getting appointments is the service and personal messages before and after appointments. Definitely highly recommend this facility for a massage! Affordable and personalized!
Alanna was very easy to work with. She was very communicative in scheduling and ensured we were on the same page with areas of discomfort and the areas that needed attention. Not a fan of the couch in the waiting room but you shouldn't be on it long. The massage atmosphere was great! I liked the lighting and music. She did a great job during the session to make sure the pressure was just right. I would recommend Alanna and will be a repeat customer for sure!
