My biggest complaint is the complete lack of professional communication. I wrote emails, and received no response for days. I am not a big time customer. However, they agreed to take my jobs. Yet, it was definitely clear that I was squeezed in and truly made to feel I was a burden on their schedule. When I finally wrote a scathing email to the man in charge, he gave excuse after excuse. Oak City Landscaping provide a pristine landscape all year round with a reasonably priced. You cant say once you experienced their services. I love their services, the project meets our needs from start to finish. Once the landscape is done, youll never say no once they call you for a maintenance on the next period.
