I had a unique issue with needing to install a rain guard on my furnace vent. Jermel came out and installed the guard and painted it to match the vent. Would recommend Jermel/Oak City Contracting.
Had Jermel out to assess a roof leak. He provided a detailed quote for both repair and total roof replacement, since the roof was showing signs of it's age. After weighing the pros and cons, and also being impressed with his knowledge and desire to make sure we were getting a quality solution, we went with a full replacement.
