Customer Service at Oak Chips Inc is excellent. Jessica helped me and went beyond to meet my needs in my order of 2 bags of 20lbs Oak Cubes. Adam also followed through with me to make sure I get want I need. Thank you so much Oak Chips Inc. Great products and awesome service!
Only giving 5 stars because there’s not 6, Had a hiccup with my delivery service to me and did not receive my order, customer service quickly replaced my order, will be ordering more soon
