Unfortunately people are not treated equally here and favoritism is apparent with several staff members. They have also been rude and not understanding. Which in turn doesn't make this a place to put your disabilities aside and socialize with people a like. Since other people have been here for decades when a new person comes into the clubhouse they don’t get treated the same or equally.
I did my school placement there. I love the clubhouse so much. Excellent people who care, in a community that inspires Hope.
All the Staff working here, have extraordinary professional experience, attitude and support members in the best possible way. I am glad I'm under their care. Dee, Andrew, Sylvia, Boby and Jessica are great names.And Patti in Port Colborn is definitely a great personality I have ever met.
