My Ricoh printer started acting up this morning. I am a solo attorney, with very little computer skills. I called Gary at Oakbrook Office solutions and he very politely asked me several questions and was able to fix my printer while talking with me over the telephone! He was terrific and I have decided that he is my "guy" any time I need my printer worked on or it needs supplies.
My Konica went down and they came out in 15 minutes. Solved the problem and we're back up and running! Excellent, fast, and complete service. Thank you!
