Kim is wonderful treating me. She makes me so comfortable, listens to my needs, and is very accommodating with appointments. She has become a friend.

After being told that I was ineligible for the services and I would receive my full refund, five months later and I still have not received a dime. I have been given the run around by Maggie, the manager. I was never given a health form to fill out before my first appointment or else they would have been able to pinpoint the reason for my ineligibility, but instead they took my money and have not reimbursed me for a $300 deposit and three monthly payments towards the package. Very very disappointed!
