The new property manager is cool, but "corporate* is horrible. The property's conditions are horrible, and they don't care. Really sad how bad things really are in their mobile homes.

Unfortunately, my experience with this park was less than average. I have not had a good experience with looking at property in this park. Every other day the story was changing…sold, not sold,………”they aren’t accepted in the park” was another big one. Maybe a red flag. When I expressed my concerns to the owner regarding some of the rules and regulations her statement was quote unquote "I am glad you decided this wasn't the park for you". I find your refusal quite alarming, My good wife of 50 years and I wanted so much to relocate into a nice quiet surrounding, we now live in a mobile home park for 50 years ( moved in 1971 )that in the last 2 years has gone so far down hill that we need to get out, we have never been late paying rent and have never had an issue with the park in all of the 50 years, we have been noted as being the most well groomed lot in all of the park with not a thing out of place, I have been self employed all my life and have always paid ... read more
