Exceptional environment, owner only and senior only.
The new property manager is cool, but "corporate* is horrible. The property's conditions are horrible, and they don't care. Really sad how bad things really are in their mobile homes.
Unfortunately, my experience with this park was less than average. I have not had a good experience with looking at property in this park. Every other day the story was changing…sold, not sold,………”they aren’t accepted in the park” was another big one. Maybe a red flag. When I expressed my concerns to the owner regarding some of the rules and regulations her statement was quote unquote "I am glad you decided this wasn't the park for you".
