She gets 1 star for being a nice person. 1 Star for attentiveness (when, and only when) we have a scheduled appointment. The poor rating is for being TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE AND UNRESPONSIVE to any form of communication. I have given it almost a year and am done. When you are treating people and trying new medications and having to adjust doses ...you HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOUR PATIENTS! This is your JOB! Especially in Psychiatry!
