About this business
Oakbend was started as a 5 star park twenty years ago and each lot was elevated above the flood stage before the top of the line Fleetwood homes were installed. A small neighborly park near the Gulf of Mexico. Our park is 10 acres with only 71 homes and a club house with a pool that is heated all winter. The paved roads, sidewalks, street lights and lots of trees and palms show a pride we have in our park.

This place is shady. It is poorly run and there is something going on in that park. Stay away... they are deceivers and just not good management. There are so many other parks to look at. Good luck!
