Having recently lost my mother and then dealing with paperwork as her daughter, I wanted to give rave reviews to the whole team here as I have worked with several people. In dealing with her big bank compared to Oak - it is night and day. From being welcomed as I stop in to having notaries readily available and people that show compassion and empathy - NICE!!

Oak Bank is different - in all the best ways. You're greeted when you walk in the door by an actual human and a tray of cookies. It is a warm and friendly place where you feel well taken care of, which seems to be lacking in so many other businesses now. I highly recommend Oak Bank's personal banking services, business banking services and the mortgage team.

when i was a kid they would let me stare at their fish and i’d occasionally get a treat (like a cookie). they also have a pumpkin patch thing every year which is very cool :)
