I ordered 2 bookcases on Aug 30, 2014. They were delivered on Oct 15 within the 6 week timeframe they said. (Reason for 1 star) When I received them the bookcases didn't match up. I was told by the delivery person that my floors were not level. We did put a level on the floors and they were level. My husband had to drill two holes and screw the bookcases together so they would match up. I then went to put the shelves in. Service My husband and I were so amazed by the help that your store gave us. We were having trouble with our dining room chairs as when you would bend over to pick something up the chair would have a tendence to slip out from under you. Being our age it would be a disaseter. So I called Oak of Ariz. and much to my surprise they said come on down and select a different chairs. I have never been treated so well.
