We are your hosts, Judy and Steve Christie. When we first saw this horse ranch over 21 years ago, we had the vision to share the beauty of it with others. Oak Arbor in Kennard, Texas, provides overnight accommodations for horses and their owners, training areas, a central cafe for groups, and rental space for weddings, reunions, and other special occasions. Amazing scenery, hosts and unique and clean atmosphere.
Beautiful place. Relaxing atmosphere. Great weather. Beds are super comfy; you just sink into them. Horses were standing right outside our door every morning. Was here for five days and still wasn’t ready to leave. If you’re ever in the area - it would be the best hotel for anyone - horse people or not. It’s GORGEOUS.
