Love to see that weare able to use ots bus system, handivan services and the rail transit. Systems seens safe when we ride each transports due to the drivers, caneras in transits and at locations and security and other ots workers at locations. Thank you all for helping take care of my quadraplegic partner and best friend. Keep up the great work. Mahalo nui loa..

Still no credit/debit e wallet payment upon boarding. Cash payment or with their card that you would need to load. Backwards system. Other states already have been using e wallet payments for a good few years now. Prices will increase starting July 1st 2026. Will you be updating your system to receive at least e wallet payments with the cost increase in July?

The drivers are amazing! They are careful around pedestrians and bikes, courteous of drivers, and patient with passenger questions. If I based my rating on drivers alone, I'd definitely give 5 stars. However, if I were to base my rating on the routes or the equipment, I'd give zero stars. Buses are filthy, even first thing in the morning. See photos, all from different rides. As I'm doing this review, I am very much in tears. Last night I over heard that we lost a driver. I even called my sister and 2 cousins to let them know. YouTube was the only way we could see & hear what happened. Yes! YOUTUBE. The uncles, Godfathers, and back then our aunties worked the office.
