I understand that the drivers can get out at stops to use the bathroom get a drink etc but the driver hopped off the bus and went in the mall for a whole 20 minutes. In addition to this the actual bus to pick me up was around 10 minutes late

Love to see that weare able to use ots bus system, handivan services and the rail transit. Systems seens safe when we ride each transports due to the drivers, caneras in transits and at locations and security and other ots workers at locations. Thank you all for helping take care of my quadraplegic partner and best friend. Keep up the great work. Mahalo nui loa..

Service in getting senoir ID is ok. Restroom are closed thats my problem because I always pee.

Still no credit/debit e wallet payment upon boarding. Cash payment or with their card that you would need to load. Backwards system. Other states already have been using e wallet payments for a good few years now. Prices will increase starting July 1st 2026. Will you be updating your system to receive at least e wallet payments with the cost increase in July?
