I made an appointment through the website and received a confirmation email. When I arrived at the clinic, all I was told was that they could not see my puppy because they were closing and that the appointment had been made due to a system error. They did not give me any further explanation or justification.
We scheduled an appointment, and when I arrived at the scheduled time, the employees were outside getting ready to leave and told me that the clinic was closing. There was no reasonable explanation for why this happened.
So sweet! Very quick, my appointment was at 9:30 and my husband and I were on our way home by 9:45! Our puppy was extremely cared for and they answered all my questions in a welcoming manner!
