I foster a puppy and I called ahead that I needed more food for my foster. They told me come down, and so I did and a new receptionist I think her name was Logan “helped” and said she’d go get it.. I waited outside for 30min and when I knocked again they said she’s was on her lunch, so another lady name of jay helped me and she was so sweet then Another lady by the name of Atlas also helped me. Awful "vet" Took our new puppy to the Petco vaccine clinic and the 90 year old male vet had his shoes off, barefoot, sniffing his shoes and pouring kitty litter deodorizer in his shoes! We quickly left. Do not recommend. This is gross and unsanitary.
Terrible vet service here. Save your time and money and find some place else.
staff is awful. me and my wife went about 3 times last week and each time we saw one of the staff dragging freshly fixed animals by the leash. at one point we were called to wait outside the building for our puppy getting fixed. when we got there to wait one of the staff members talked to us once without giving any update on our puppy. we stood out and continued to wait for any sort of information on what was going on and the same staff member came outside for her lunch, threw her hand up at my wife, and stated someone knew ... read more
